The walls and plants surrounding the immediate property are covered in protective tarp. The removal of the damaged roof takes place, if needed. The roof frame is inspected for damage and rot. Roofing specialists decide if any other action needs to be taken to repair or replace any parts of the roof that aren’t structurally safe.

THE CONSTRUCTION

Once full inspection is completed the roof is installed appropriately with the utmost care and scrutiny. It is important not to miss even a single nail in the installation process, as this will affect the longevity of the roof. Once the roof is completed, a final inspection is made and all debris, tarp and building materials are removed.
